Information We Collect
Vesper stores account details, onboarding preferences, generated session metadata, transcripts, and audio files needed to provide the app. Payment information is handled by Paddle and is not stored by Vesper.
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, personalize sessions, enforce free-plan limits, provide subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Service Providers
Vesper uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; OpenAI for generated text and realtime voice experiences; ElevenLabs for text-to-speech audio; Paddle for billing; and optional analytics or error monitoring when configured.
Your Choices
You can update preferences in the app, cancel subscriptions through the Paddle billing portal, and request deletion from your profile. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Retention and security
We retain account and session data while your account is active and for as long as needed for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Audio files are stored in private storage and delivered through short-lived links. No online service can promise absolute security, but we limit access to the data needed to operate Vesper.
